I need help with my carpal tunnel?
My carpal tunnel has come back with a vengeance. For a while I didn’t notice it but now it affects everything I do. I can’t sleep comfortably, I wake up with a stiff back and swollen hands. I can’t hold the steering wheel without constantly shifting my hands. I can barely hold a pen. I’ve tried all the recommendations: the wrist supports, the Aleve for inflammation vitamin B-12, a therapeutic pillow for neck support, I’ve had my desk erog’d, since I work at a computer, I take breaks and stretch, but I can’t find any relief. I’m going to see a chiropractor in a few days hoping they can help. What else can I do?
Conservative treatment is worth a try but sometimes the only solution is surgery

What is the most effective orthopedic neck support pillow?
I have fibromyalgia and with it comes severe neck an head pain. The are two pillows that I can use. First is the supreme Tempur-Pedic Pillow. It is very pricey

but you can find the same pillows still in the box on e-bay. That is where I got mine.
The other pillow is not so expensive and has helped my neck a lot too. It is a buckwheat filled pillow. I know that sounds crazy. But it doesn’t get hot and I can push the buckwheat kernels underneath to the right level for my neck.

I hope this helps. I just recently got the tempur-pedic but the Japanese buckwheat pillow is great and it does help tremendously.
