What is the best type of pillow to buy for a stomach sleeper?
I have tryed all kinds of pillows to help me sleep. I just can’t get comfortable every morning I wake up I have a really stiff neck and I toss and turn all night switching around my pillows. I have bought a feather down pillow, a really stiff expensive pillow and just now tryed one of those contour bed pillows and none of them seem to work for me. I sleep or try to sleep 80% of the time on my stomach. Advise please !!!
Tony Little’s pillow….check shopping channel etc. He’s the guy that does the Gazelle Glider. I’ve been sleeping using his pillow now for over a year and find it the (almost) perfect pillow. The perfect pillow seems to be illusive because of my neck problems but his certainly fits for now.
I have to sleep with one arm tucked around a really soft down pillow while on my stomach but think that’s because of my neck.
